Lisa Garbutt, M.D.
Dr. Lisa Garbutt is a board certified ophthalmologist who joined Inland Eye Specialists in August 2008. She treats medical and surgical diseases of the eye and specializes in cornea, cataract and LASIK refractive surgery. Dr. Garbutt offers her patients the most advanced techniques in LASIK surgery. She uses the latest generation custom use laser with an "all-laser" Intralase capability. She is also trained in DSAEK, a breakthrough technique for treating corneal diseases.
Dr. Garbutt completed her medical degree Cum Laude at the Boston University School of Medicine and completed her Ophthalmology training at the University of California San Diego School of Medicine. She then completed her cornea and refractive surgery fellowship at the University of California San Diego School of Medicine, Shiley Eye Center.
Dr. Garbutt is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery. She has also conducted research and regularly made presentations at the UCSD Shiley Eye Center.
Dr. Garbutt enjoys running, skiing and spending time with her friends and family.
